Leadership Seminar - McLaughlin Young's Trusted and Effective Leadership Seminar has been conducted by Dr. John Young, chairman and founder of the McLaughlin Young Group, for over a decade. The seminar is held in the west of Ireland at Ballynahinch Castle. This area of Ireland has retained its traditions against very difficult odds - something we expect of successful business leaders despite the changes they encounter in the business world.

If an organization is interested in customizing a version for its employees, the seminar can be conducted at a location of the organization's choice and topics can be adjusted to fit its needs.
