Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) - McLaughlin Young Employee Services has been providing EAP counseling and consultation
services since 1987. The EAP is a principal product and
has no conflicts of interest with mental health providers
or insurers. Over 5,000 diverse licensed counselors with
advanced degrees provide

the assistance they need to address their personal and workplace problems.
Work-Life Services - When a personal problem presents
itself, an employee will undoubtedly be distracted or
distressed. Work-Life Services provide immediate access
to the appropriate tools and resources through telephonic
and web-based services. These include Nurseline, Compliance
Line, financial assistance, legal assistance, Nanny Find,
Working Smarter and daily living services (elder care,
pet care, home repair, etc.).
Critical Incident Recovery Services
(CIRS) - A critical
incident or workplace crisis can quickly cripple an organization.

Drug Free Workplace - The staff of McLaughlin Young Employee Services includes Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) prepared
to counsel employees suffering from addiction problems.
Clients may seek help through self-referral or formal
management referral. Formal management referrals enable
employers to protect the safety and productivity of their
workforce. Each formal management referral is monitored by a case manager
who will inform the employer of the client's
progress and compliance.
Trainings - To focus on an organization's needs, McLaughlin Young Employee Services provides a wide selection of training
topics. Employee trainings include such topics as dealing

family. Management trainings may address confronting
harassment in the workplace, working with difficult people
