Designed to help college students fully benefit from their educational experience, MYgroup’s evidence-based Student Assistance Program (SAP) offers prevention, early intervention, and strategies for coping and resiliency to students with identified needs. Available 24/7/365, our qualified clinicians provide an array of confidential, short-term therapeutic services.

Assessment and Counseling
Help is available 24/7/365 through our toll-free number. When students and family members call us, they are offered a face-to-face, virtual, or telephonic counseling session in which a thorough assessment can be conducted by a licensed, experienced clinician in their area.

Administrative Consultation
School administrators have access to unlimited telephonic consultations when sensitive issues arise, providing a professional resource to consult while reducing your school’s liability.

Formal Referral
A student with a documented decline in school performance or a school-related incident can be referred to the SAP to motivate them to seek and accept professional assistance.

Coordination of Fitness for Duty
When safety is a concern, we refer a student to a qualified professional resource to conduct a fitness for duty evaluation. We coordinate the referral and maintain communication with school administrators regarding their ability to return to school.

Critical Incident Response
Our staff is trained and experienced to provide an immediate response when a crisis event impacts a school. Our approach includes proactively educating school administrators and providing coaching in-the-moment. We also partner with leadership to facilitate and execute the most appropriate response given to the school, the student population, and the event itself.

Throughout our trusted network of international providers and strategic partners, we offer global coverage at a local level – covering over 200 countries and territories. This means no matter where your students are when studying abroad, they can receive the assistance and support they need.
