Workplace Stress Research Study
Would your organization like to participate in a research study measuring workplace stress and its impact on organizational productivity and profitability?
The Charlotte Chamber, UNC-Charlotte, and the McLaughlin Young Group are seeking small, medium and large companies to participate in a research study that will seek to measure the prevalence and causes of stress within the workplace, and attempt to link these results with organizational productivity and profitability.
There is no cost to participate in this study, which will require a representative sample of employees from each organization to participate in a brief online survey. Each participating organization will also be required to provide overall organizational operating margin (%) and other limited organization data so that survey results can be linked to profitability.
Participating organizations will receive a summary report that contains their respective survey results as well as the results of the overall group norm for each stress dimension.
Individual organizational data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with external parties without direct written consent of the participating organization.
Organizations interested in participating in this study should contact Sean Young at 704.529.1364 or email syoung@mygroup.com.
