Our education and training programs at this level are topical overviews, which complement the EAP by addressing work-life balance, workplace dynamics, and personal development. We also offer compliance training, such as diversity, harassment, and reasonable suspicion, for both employees and managers.

Training & Development
Our training and development programs ensure your employees and managers have the interpersonal skills needed to be effective and productive. Ranging in length from one to two hours, our programs are designed to be interactive and equip learners with models and tools they can immediately apply on the job.

Compliance Training
Addressing workplace issues, such as harassment, diversity, and substance abuse, our compliance training programs are designed for both employees and managers.

Online Training
As part of our EAP and Work-Life Services, MYgroup offers 17 online training programs that are available 24/7 via our web site and include certificates of completion.
