McLaughlin Young is always looking for talented, experienced clinicians to join our provider network. We require the highest credentials in the EAP industry: five years of post-graduate experience in mental health-related field; Master's degree or above; and clinically licensed in state of practice.
We are always looking for experienced, qualified coaches to join our global coaching network. McLaughlin Young’s coaches are encouraged to be certified in various assessment tools and be either a certified coach or have an advanced degree in a related field.
McLaughlin Young partners with dynamic, knowledgeable facilitators across the globe to deliver leadership development and training, as well as robust learning and development programs. Our facilitators are required to have at least a Master’s degree and five years of experience regarding the subject matter.
