Three Circles Model©
A key driver of organizational health is the ability to engage and inspire employees around a united vision and sense of purpose. Far more than a vision statement, the Three Circles Model© has proven to be extremely powerful in helping clients articulate an authentic view of the future. Because of its simplicity, the model is easily understandable and effective in helping clients articulate current state, the need for change and the path to making lasting change happen.
Paradigm for Profitability©
For over 30 years, we have been teaching executives how to build and lead healthy organizations by mastering the Paradigm for Profitability©, our core model which centers on the concept of trust. The path to becoming a trusted and effective leader begins with knowing oneself and how others experience us. Each level of the Paradigm has its own set of competencies that we measure through our MY360 and psychometric assessments and nurture and develop through our coaching practice and central leadership development program, Leading through Trust.
