Our training and development programs ensure your employees and managers have the interpersonal skills needed to be effective and productive. Ranging in length from one to two hours, our programs are designed to be interactive and equip learners with models and tools they can immediately apply on the job. “Lunch and learn” formats are available to meet scheduling needs and manager sessions may be combined to create an impactful leadership series.
Addressing workplace issues, such as harassment, diversity, and substance abuse, our compliance training programs are designed for both employees and managers.

As part of our EAP and Work-Life Services, McLaughlin Young offers 17 online training programs that are available 24/7 via our web site and include certificates of completion.
McLaughlin Young has found that managers are typically equipped with the industry knowledge and expertise to lead the team but often need focus on developing the interpersonal skills associated with managing people. Our programs enable managers to be more effective in their current roles and provide them with the foundational skills needed for new, future roles.
