MYgroup’s innovative program provides an enhanced model to assist first responders. Through long-term counseling and annual wellbeing checks, first responders get the extra support they need to improve resiliency and continue to work in a traumatic, stressful environment.
  • Assessment and Counseling

    Help is available 24/7/365 through our toll-free number. When first responders and family members call us, they are offered a face-to-face, virtual or telephonic counseling session in which a thorough assessment can be conducted by a licensed, experienced clinician in their area.

  • Wellbeing Checks

    Annual wellbeing checks not only expose the first responder to therapy, but also ensure they are getting the help they need.

  • Management Consultation

    Managers and supervisors have access to unlimited telephonic consultations when sensitive workplace issues arise, freeing them to focus on their professional responsibilities while reducing your organization’s liability.

  • Formal Management Referral

    A first responder with a documented decline in work performance or an on-the-job, traumatic incident can be referred to the program to motivate them to seek and accept professional assistance.

  • Coordination of Fitness for Duty

    When safety is a concern, we refer a first responder to a qualified professional resource to conduct a fitness for duty evaluation. We coordinate the referral and maintain communication with HR or management regarding their ability to return to work.

  • Critical Incident Response

    Our staff is trained and experienced to provide an immediate response when a crisis event impacts an organization. Our approach includes proactively educating managers and providing coaching in-the-moment. We also partner with the leadership of the organization to facilitate and execute the most appropriate response given to the organization, the employee population, and the event itself.
